What this does and does not tell you

A verified certificate confirms one thing: this person worked through all ten MzansiReady modules and passed every quiz. It is a record of completion — not an NQF qualification, SETA credential, learnership or accredited certificate, and it is not a hiring recommendation. It says the candidate prepared. The interview is still yours to run.
