Dealer Information Pack

Better-prepared candidates.
Less time wasted on the floor.

Every dealership knows the cost of bringing in a candidate who is not ready — the management time, the floor disruption, the early exits. MzansiReady gives candidates a structured readiness pathway before they arrive at your door, so the basics are already in place before the interview, induction or first day.

Proof

13

candidates have completed Module 1 on their own phones, unprompted and unpaid.

Cost

R599

per sponsored candidate — the full ten-module pathway, no card needed by the candidate. Nothing to pay if candidates come to you already completed.

MzansiReady is candidate-owned.

Candidates complete the pathway independently and choose what they want to present. MzansiReady does not provide dealerships with access to learner accounts or candidate data.

What MzansiReady is

A practical readiness pathway introducing candidates to dealership expectations, workplace conduct, communication and customer awareness before entering a retail motor environment.

What MzansiReady is not

Not a college, learnership, NQF qualification, recruitment agency, government programme or employment guarantee.

Why dealerships use it

Candidates arrive knowing what a dealership expects. Punctuality, presentation, how to speak to a customer, what a sales floor looks like, why follow-up matters. Less time explaining the basics. More time assessing real potential.

How candidates use it

Candidates complete the readiness check, Module 1 and further modules independently, then choose whether to present their results or completion proof to a dealership.

Suggested dealership use

MzansiReady can be used as a preparation pathway before interviews, work exposure, induction conversations or entry-level showroom exposure. It provides a practical readiness signal — not a hiring recommendation.

Interview preparation

Ask candidates to complete the readiness check and Module 1 before returning for further discussion.

Youth and civic referrals

Useful for candidates coming from youth programmes, civic structures or first-time employment pathways.

Workplace readiness

Supports professionalism, communication and dealership awareness before floor exposure.

Sponsor a candidate. Or ten.

Most of the people who should be on your floor cannot pay R399 for a course and do not own a bank card. A dealership can. For R599 a candidate you get a sponsored access code, the candidate gets the full pathway on their phone, and you get a readiness summary at the end — with the candidate’s written consent, never without it. Ten candidates is a pilot; one is a start.

2

Candidates start on their phones

Module 1 that day. Ten modules, quizzes, no classroom, no time off the floor.

3

You get the readiness summary

Who finished, quiz results, focus areas — shared only with each candidate's consent.
